Adopt TC

TC is now ready to rock and roll. He's had enough of being a "New Lives Cat" and wants a new abode. He's been given the all clear and after months and months and months of being in his foster home we are hoping there is someone out there that will give this older boy a fab home.

TC (Top Cat) (named by the vet/vet nurses) came into our care last year. TC was skin and bones, matted and generally unwell looking. He arrived at my place around 10.30pm and was taken to the vet the next morning.

As we thought, TC had hyperthyroidism, he needed a full shave to remove his disgusting matted hair. He was placed into foster care and door knocking and a pamphlet drop was carried out to try and find an owner. We were not hopeful at all and most people assumed him to be a stray that hung around and went from house to house for food. We found out that TC was in fact owned and spent most of his time at other houses due to not liking the family dog. TC has been classed as a stray for many years visiting his actual home a few times a week for food.

TC is now legally ours and he needs a home. He needs someone that will continue with his meds ($1.00 a day approx), he is an easy going effectionate cat, who has plenty of years left in him. He has been aged at 12-13 years young.

TC was already desexed, he has now been microchipped, had his first vaccination, been treated for fleas and worms has had a dental, had 2 fatty lumps removed, had numerous blood tests to check kidney etc and has a WOF to hit the road.

TC will come with some food and one months supply of his medication. TC has grown back most of his fur and his new owners must be prepared to brush him.

A donation would be appreciated but there is no adoption fee. We have spent loads on this boy (so worth it) and was recently given a donation from his old owner to cover some of his vet costs.

TC is located in Hamilton, please phone his foster mum on 027-274-5877 to chat about giving TC a home.

Adopt Brie

Just a plain old tabby! Well this girl is pretty special to me. She came from a big (and I mean big) cat job and has come such a long way. She likes me and only me, so you will need to get to know her and spent heaps of time with her then you will be rewarded with her kind loving nature. She purrs and rubs up against me just like other cats but doesn't like being picked up, she just doesn't feel comfortable with that yet. We have no idea of her age but will go with around 3years old.

Brie will need a smaller room as large spaces freak her out. She has been mum to many many many kittens, even through her milk run out months ago, she is the best mum ever and I want to see her in the best home ever. With loads of love and attention she will grow into your beautiful companion.

Brie has been desexed, is fully vaccinated, has been microchipped with NZ Companion Animal Register, up to date with flea and worm treatments and comes with 30days free pet insurance thanks to Pet-n-Sur(conditions apply). Brie is $150.00 to adopt.
